Abstract The concept of the Pursuit of Happiness, as expressed within the American constitutional framework, has significantly shaped contemporary political discourse by emphasizing individual freedom and personal welfare as fundamental goals of governance. Nevertheless, the increasing crises of the twenty-first century, such as armed conflicts, growing inequalities, climate instability, social disintegration, and diminishing public confidence in institutions have revealed the shortcomings of governance models that primarily focus on individual ambitions.
